FAQ

Got questions? We've got answers.

Is the resume builder free to use? +
Yes! Our core resume builder is completely free. You can create, edit, and download your resume in multiple formats at no cost. We offer optional premium templates and advanced features for users who want more.
How do I download my resume as a PDF? +
Once you've filled in your details, click the "Download" button at the top of the resume preview. You can choose PDF, HTML, or Print options. PDF is best for job applications as it preserves formatting across all devices.
Are the resumes ATS-friendly? +
Yes! Our templates use clean, parseable formatting that ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) can read. We avoid graphics, tables, and multi-column layouts in our ATS templates. The "Modern" and "Classic" templates are the most ATS-compatible.
Can I create multiple resumes? +
Yes, you can create multiple resumes — for example, one tailored for Canada and one for UAE. Your latest resume is auto-saved in your session. Create a free account to permanently save and manage multiple versions.
How do I generate a cover letter? +
Visit the Cover Letter page, enter your details and the job you're applying for, select your target country, and click Generate. The tool produces a country-specific, professional cover letter you can edit and copy.
What countries are the resumes suitable for? +
Our templates are suitable for USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Australia, Germany, India, and other countries. We provide country-specific formatting tips (e.g., whether to include a photo, date of birth, or marital status).
Is my data safe and private? +
Your resume data is stored securely. Guest users' data is session-based and not permanently stored unless they create an account. We do not sell or share your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I apply for a job in Canada or UAE? +
Check our Career Guides section for detailed guides on applying for jobs abroad, including visa requirements, cover letter tips, and job board recommendations for each country.
