Job Details
Position: Processing Officer (OG-III / OG-II) Reporting To: Chief Credit Officer – Retail and Program Lending Division Location: Karachi Employment Type: Contractual, 3 years (renewable at Management’s discretion)
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC Pakistan
- Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certification preferred
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience, including 1 year in a similar role and/or support function
Skills & Expertise Required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Good organization and time management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Divisional Head’s calendar, daily office operations, and all correspondence with confidentiality
- Prepare, track, and file approval notes, memos, and regulatory documents for audit-ready record keeping
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinate staff logistics including IT equipment, stationery, and meeting arrangements
- Track, reconcile, and report divisional expenses in compliance with budgets
- Support hiring workflows and maintain records on attendance, leave, and performance reviews
- Liaise with internal departments, Head Office secretariats, and external stakeholders
- Perform any other assignment as directed by supervisor(s)
